This exclusive amenity for residents of Park Point is NOW OPEN! The Club at Park Point features a heated pool, hot tub, sand volleyball and basketball courts, cinema and gaming rooms, a student study center, a new and improved fitness center, and much more! Our Leasing Office is also now located inside the clubhouse. If you haven't been yet, stop by and check it out!

Residents are welcome to use the inside features of the clubhouse during the hours of 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. 7 days a week. Outdoor amenities are available from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. 7 days a week. To access the clubhouse during open hours please use your key fab.  

Sporting equipment is available to borrow on an honor system. We have basketballs, Kan Jam, ladder ball, bocce ball, and volleyballs. There is also a foosball table and pool table inside. In the lounge area you will find several games and magazines available to enjoy as well.
