Park Point is pleased to offer 24/7 maintenance for all of our residents.

If you have a maintenance request during normal business hours, please call our Leasing Office at 585-272-2525. Deaf or hard-of-hearing residents may e-mail hmartin@wilmorite.com OR dsimonetti@wilmorite.com.

If an emergency arises after-hours that cannot wait until the Leasing Office opens again, please call Security at 585-272-2500. Deaf or hard-of-hearing residents can text (585) 683-9941 (be sure to include your apartment/room number and name).

(Please note that non-emergency after hour requests will be dealt with the next business day.)

Wilmorite Security is recognized as one of the most highly respected security companies in the industry. Its members are NYS certified and receive extensive training to address any needs that arise. By maintaining an excellent relationship with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, Wilmorite Security enhances its mission to provide the safest possible environment for its residents, merchants and visitors.

At Park Point, our security team utilizes the most technologically advanced equipment, such as closed circuit television, fire safety systems, lighting, and communications. An elaborate emergency blue light system is located strategically throughout the property to address any immediate needs by residents and visitors. Security officers provide foot, bicycle and vehicular patrol to ensure the utmost coverage on the Park Point complex.

Some of the complimentary services provided by security include:

  • Escorts to and from your vehicle 
  • Jump starts for vehicle batteries
  • Unlocking vehicles with keys inadvertently left inside
  • First aid assistance including defibrillators on the property
  • Lost and found property
